The heart of the agreement is as follows:

For any Client that is referred to DDSI for Network Integration, Systems support, or other applicable work, DDSI shall Pay to <Insert YOUR Name Here> the calculated sum of 10% of labor and 5% of Hardware for all paid work performed during the following 6 months from the date of referral.

In our Database, we note the date of referral, along with the client's contact info and perform whatever work the client needs, then do the billing. Once the client's check is received and clears the bank, we do the math and send you a check.
